Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason. After telling us you want to cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Returned items should be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. We may be unable to accept returns for personalised items, sealed items that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or items damaged after delivery through misuse. These exclusions do not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, the customer is responsible for return postage. Once we receive the returned item, or suitable evidence that it has been sent back, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 14 days, subject to the item meeting the return conditions.
